Woo Hoo !!!

45 kilos / 100 pounds equals 3 x 15 kilo bags of pool salt !

Yep, I've finally cracked another huge milestone.

I've now lost more than 45 kilos - 

more than 100 pounds !

100 pounds is 20 of these blocks of 'fat'.

Although not as personal as my previous video holding up my ten year old son, 45 kilos is a massive milestone !


It amazes me that I have lost as much weight as these three 15 kilos bags of pool salt. 

Stick to the end as my sons have talked me into sharing my bloopers.
