So this update is later than normal as I have been very focused on landing my next IT challenge.
Well I am happy to announce that I have accepted a new role and start tomorrow - Thursday 18th July.

This new role will see me much busier due to train travel to and from work etc (I previously worked from home), so I am not sure if I will still be able to do these updates weekly, but I will do my best.

Anyway, apart from my new job, last week was a cracker for weight loss.

I lost a massive 2.5 kilos in one week !

Yep, you read that right - 2.5 kilos in one week.

This was most likely my body finally catching up with my previous two weeks of low / minimal weight loss, but it is great to be back on track.

As per last week's blog post - Link - I tweaked my diet a bit and increased my exercise to get me back on track, and it worked beautifully.

Recap - 

I have dropped my bread units from five bread units a day down to 4.5 units a day (Plan 2 is 4 units).
A few weeks ago, I dropped my healthy oils from 5 a day down to 4 a day.

I am still eating a higher number of protein units a day, but I may need to drop them down as well.

As I have a very high muscle mass percentage, I want to keep that, so I will need to keep doing the resistance bands and eat high protein as much as possible.

The Results -

As you know, the results were a fantastic 2.5 kilos loss in one week.
The best bit is, I have cracked two major milestones due to that loss.

I have now cracked the 130 kg barrier - I now weigh only 129.4 kilos !

And secondly, I have cracked another milestone -

I have lost over 55 kilos !
In fact, I have lost over 56 kilos !

And also, this now means that I have officially lost one kilo every week, for 56 weeks.

Yep, 56 kilos gone in 56 weeks !

To say I am happy is a bit of an understatement.

Anyway, off to cook some dinner now.
