Holy Guacomole ! I've lost as much as my colleague weighs - 85 kilos!
And Will is tall and fit to boot !
What an awesome analogy. To realise that I used carry the equivalent weight around as Will, on my body, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!.
It really brings perspective to my progress so far.
One of my big personal milestones previously was when I lost 36.5 kilos, which was the weight of my ten year old son.
If you're new to my blog - check out the YouTube video I did of this milestone -

I would love to do a video of me lifting Will, but as he is 85 kilos, that might be pushing my new found strength a bit far!

It has been a truly emotional journey so far, and it just keeps getting better and better as I get closer to my initial goal of finally seeing DOUBLE FIGURES on those scales.
I have seen the number one, followed by two more digits before the dot, for about 14 years.
To be honest, as I stopped weighing myself back then I really have no idea when my weight started ballooning again and I tipped the scales back to triple figures.
But I do know that my journey so far has been life changing and life saving !
I am far more educated with the knowledge from being part of the TWD plan over the last 19 months, and I know that I will crack that 99.9 kg milestone officially any day now.
Exciting times ahead !!!

I love a good comparison / motivational shot, and I HIGHLY recommend you try it.
Just convert your current weight loss to something else.
If you've lost 500 grams, that is one tub of butter.
If you've lost 5 kilos, that is TEN tubes of butter.
A bag of PAL dog food is 8 kilos.
So if you've lost 16 kilos, that is two of those dog food bags.
I've seen plenty of photos of people celebrating with photos of their kids once they realise they have lost as much as their kid weighs.
People also do the same shot with their dog etc.
So c'mon, share your milestone / comparison photos with everyone in the private Facebook Groups.
